MISSION
Lowell Elementary School recognizes that our children are our greatest resource. We are dedicated to developing individual potential to achieve high educational standards. Staff, parents, and students will share the common goal of creating a caring environment in which we expect good citizenship and promote the academic, social, emotional and physical growth of each child.
HISTORY
Lowell Elementary School is located along the Arkansas Missouri Railroad Line, the Trail of Tears, and the Butterfield Coach Route. A rich history exists in the city of Lowell and at the Lowell School.
As a Lowell Elementary alumnus and a Rogers High School graduate, former State Representative, David Matthews said, "All of us who had the opportunity to learn, play and grow at Lowell School have been blessed. I have had the pleasure of growing up in the community and experiencing Lowell Elementary School as a student, and now my children have made their way through the halls as well."
In the fall of 2004 the Rogers School District opened a new elementary school just across 71B (Bloomington) in Lowell. It was proudly named after Elza Tucker, who attended Lowell Elementary School in the 1920's.
SCHOOL SONG
Onward Lowell Indians,
Red and white our colors be.
Forward to learn again,
Education that's for me.
Proud of our heritage,
A Brighter future now I see.
Onward Lowell Indians,
We're marching on to victory!
