About Our School
Lowell Elementary School is deeply rooted in the rich history of Lowell, Arkansas, situated along the Arkansas-Missouri Railroad Line, the Trail of Tears, and the historic Butterfield Coach Route.
Generations of students have passed through our halls, including former State Representative David Matthews, a Lowell Elementary alumnus and Rogers High School graduate, who reflected:
"All of us who had the opportunity to learn, play, and grow at Lowell School have been blessed. I have had the pleasure of growing up in the community and experiencing Lowell Elementary School as a student, and now my children have made their way through the halls as well."
In 2004, the Rogers School District expanded to open Elza R. Tucker Elementary, named after Elza Tucker, a former Lowell Elementary student from the 1920s, ensuring continued educational excellence in our community.
