MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Welcome to Lowell Elementary School! I am Stephen Bowman, and I am honored to lead this incredible school where all belong, all learn, and all succeed. We are a student-centered school, and we believe in educating the whole child. We put an emphasis on academics, character, behavior, and work ethic.

Meet the Teacher & Ice Cream Social
Friday, August 7, 2026

Kindergarten Parent Meeting: 4:30 p.m.

Meet the Teacher: 5:00 p.m.

Join us on Friday, August 7 to meet your teacher before the first day of school and enjoy complimentary ice cream provided by the Lowell PTA!

Families who may qualify for meal assistance should complete a Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application.

Meal benefits do not automatically carry over from year to year. Applications must be completed annually to determine eligibility.

Starting July 1, applications may be submitted online or completed in person during Meet Your Teacher Night.
